The Pirates will battle Francis Marion and Paine College in the men's portion of the meet.
The women's soccer team will have the hardest task of the weekend as the Pirates will have to battle 80% chance of rain and No. 2-ranked North Georgia when Armstrong State visits Dahlonega on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. to take on the unbeaten Nighthawks. The Armstrong State volleyball squad gets the luxury of playing indoors when the Pirates visit Augusta University on Saturday at 2 p.m. for a Peach Belt Conference matchup with the Jaguars. Armstrong State sits atop the PBC volleyball standings while Augusta is third coming into the match. Check out live stats and live video of all the action from Augusta.
The wet weather did force the postponement of the ITA Southeast Regional in Sumter, S.C., for one week so the Armstrong State men's and women's tennis teams will now play in the regional on Oct. 8-11.
